We are peacefully situated in a secluded, private residential area of Birman yet within walking distance of the shops, hotels and the Beatrix Potter Garden (which is directly across the road from us). Birnam is approximately half a mile from Dunkeld pictured across.

Coming into Birnam from the A9 from the south, enter the main village centre. On the right hand side there is a large hotel, and next to it are large ornate gates (pictured across). Enter through the gates into the avenue and we are on the left hand side.
